Order Processing Time:

Most of our items are readily stocked in our warehouse and are prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. However, please note that orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak holiday periods, there might be a possibility of slight delays in order processing.

Delivery Time:

Once your order has been processed, we hand over it to our reliable courier partners for delivery. The estimated delivery time for local Delivery is 3 to 5 business days after the items have been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. However, please bear in mind that unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions might impact the delivery schedule.

Holiday Periods:

During special occasions and holiday periods, the shipping process might experience delays due to increased order volumes and high demand. We strive to minimize any disruptions and will keep you informed regarding any potential delays.

Order Tracking:

We currently provide shipping services islandwide, worldwide. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any potential delays or misdeliveries.
