Exchange and Return Policies

We take pride in creating clothing that is not only close to our hearts but also serves a purpose. Our ultimate goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to assist you with returns and exchanges. Please review the following policies for a hassle-free process:

Return and Exchange time period:

You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original labels and tags intact.

Offer Exchange:

 Exchange items will be offered to the customer of the same design or different design for the full selling price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping costs and additional taxes. It will take  up to 10 business days in order to offer an exchange

Note: we do not issue cash refunds for exchange & sales items.

Exclusions:

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

– Final sale and last chance items

– Gift cards

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly follow these steps:

– Send an email to hello@willbyzac.com.au with your request for return or exchange.

– Include your full name, email address, order number, and reason for the return or exchange in the email.

Shipping the Items Back:

When sending back the item(s), please use a reliable courier service of your choice to ensure safe delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to provide visibility throughout the process. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.

Lost or Damaged Items:

Items lost in transit are not eligible for a refund. In case the returned item(s) arrive damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to compensate for any damages that occurred during the return process. To prevent any complications, please ensure the items are appropriately packaged before returning them.
