Q) How do I make a purchase?

A) To make an online purchase, click the ‘Order Now’ button and proceed with the directions given by the website. You have to create a user account to enjoy online shopping.

 

Q) An item I want to buy is sold out. Will you be restocking it?

A) It depends on demand. If the style is frequently asked out, we will be restocking it within weeks. If not, you can pick a similar style by using the ‘Search’ feature.

 

Q) How can I change or cancel my order?

A) Once the order is confirmed, you may be able to cancel the order 2 days before the delivery date. If the packages are already dispatched, you will have to follow our return procedure.

 

Q) Can I ship to multiple addresses?

A) We ship to one address in one delivery and you can add a different address as the recipient’s address when you place your order.

 

Q) How long does delivery take, and what are the charges?

Q) How can I track my order?

A) When you make a purchase, an email will be sent to you with your order details and it will consist of a link that you can click on to track your order.

 

Q) What happens when you deliver whilst I’m out?

A) If you are not present when your order arrives, another person at your residence is entitled to sign for your parcel. You are responsible for who is present to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery. Our courier agent will call you before the delivery to avoid this situation and it is your responsibility to be present at the time of delivery.

 

Q) Can I change and amend my order once it has been placed?

A) Once the order is placed, you will not be able to change or amend the order under any circumstances.

 

Q) What are your gift card values?

A) Our gift cards are available for Rs. 500, Rs. 1000, Rs. 2500, Rs. 5000, Rs. 10000 and Rs. 15000. A gift card is valid one year from the date of purchase.
